Now is Not the Time

Now is not the time for me to have an aesthetic homestead. It’s not the time for my house to be spotless every day. And it’s not the time for my garden to be perfect or even planted.

Now is not the time for ambitious plans. It’s not the time for fourteen garden beds, the trellises between them, a coop, and fully cleared land. And it’s not the time to throw in the towel.

Now IS the time for hope. It’s the the time to focus on my family and meeting our needs. And it’s the time to keep dreaming big because someday it will be the time to fulfill them.
